        FAULTY RETURNS

  • If your purchase is faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to find a remedy within a reasonable time frame. All our prints are hand made in New Zealand and may experience minor inconsistencies in the prints. Please send pictures before posting items back.  

    Returns and Exchanges

     

    Returns or exchanges are honoured up to 14 days from purchase.  

    Returns and exchanges can be made through email

    Enter the email address and order number associated with your purchase and follow the returns process. If you have any issues with this process please contact  empirestore@theempire.nz

    All item(s) must be unworn, contain the original tags and be returned in original condition. Underwear and socks cannot be exchanged or returned.

    All sale items are final sale. 

    COVID-19 Update: Due to current level 3 government restrictions, please allow for extra processing time on your return or exchange. Our team will process your return/exchange as soon as they can.
